Looking for an opportunity to express your inner slob? Or maybe your
clean-freak tendencies annoy your friends and family to no end.

Whether you identify more with Oscar Madison or with Felix Unger,
there may be a role for you in Riverbank Community Theater's
latest production, The Odd Couple, which will be holding auditions
January 26th and 27th.

Neil Simon's comedy classic has entertained audiences for decades
and it now comes to Riverbank. Scheduled for a late March
performance run, the show features the ill-matched duo and a cast of
wacky friends, ranging from wise-cracking poker buddies to Oscar and
Felix's ditsy dates.

Anyone interested in joining the hilarity is encouraged to make an
audition appointment. On Friday the 26th, potential actors will be
seen from 7-9 p.m. The time frame for appointments on Saturday the
27th will be between 10 a.m. and noon, with callbacks scheduled for
1 p.m.

To obtain an appointment and location for the audition, e-mail
auditions@rctheater.org. Potential cast members should fill out an
audition form available at the theater's website,
www.RCTheater.org. A resume is optional.

The Odd Couple is the first show of RCT's 2007 season. Plans for
the rest of the year include a late summer showing of the
musical, Oklahoma! and a holiday performance of the nostalgic
comedy, A Christmas Story.
