OUR VISION:

Our journey towards success will be judged by the attainment of the following milestones:

1) A creative, constructive, encouraging Board of Trustees whose passion comes through in the leadership and devotion to the theater.

2) A Management Team that promotes the core values of this organization while continuing to set the artistic direction to stimulate and excite the passions of the surrounding community.

3) A continued yearly growth in new volunteers with each season.

4) Financial stability and growth with each production in a fiscally responsible manner.

5) In the year 2007, workshops that build the talent pool in our community.

6) By the end of the decade, 2010, increasing our production schedule to six (6) productions per year.

7) By the end of the decade, 2010, establishing a permanent residence for this theater organization
